Referring to earlier video animations with the US-American flag, Flag 18142014 is an original interpretation of the 200-year celebration of the Norwegian Constitution. Flag 18142014 is a completely new video work premiering under Barents Spektakel 2015.
Stefano Cagol is an Italian contemporary artist living in Italy, Brussels and New York City. He works with video, photography and installation. He took part in 55. International Art Exhibition – La Biennale di Venezia, at the Maldives pavilion, with the project The Ice Monolith.
